Camp Financial Aid Form

 

Camp Waziyatah is dedicated to making summer camp accessible for children of all backgrounds and financial status, therefore we offer financial aid to low and middle-income families. Scholarship funds are limited, and will be used to help as many needy kids as possible. Please fill in all information below and request the session you want. Scholarships are for tuition only and do not include travel or transfers. Proof of financial need may be required.

The reference letter must address the child’s behavior, respect for authority and ability to get along with others. Please indicate below the reference contact.
